We're excited to have Max and Eli Sussman serve as Executive Chefs of the Restaurant at Ruschmeyer's this season. In collaboration with the culinary team behind The Smile in Manhattan, they developed a Mediterranean Montauk menu with fresh local ingredients to serve in the main restaurant and outdoors in the garden.
Ruschmeyer's is now accepting reservations 30-days in advance.

Burger Night is back! Kicking off June 30th, the culinary team at the restaurant at Ruschmeyer's will collaborate with some of the best chefs in and around New York City on a very special version of every camper's favorite meal.
Each Tuesday, chefs from renowned restaurants will stop in to Ruschmeyer's to flip their version of the best burger.
Join us on Sunday for our prix fixe boil with local rotating seafood, corn, potatoes, and buckets of beer in addition to our Sunday menu.
